Have Fun - Get Fit - Play Squash

Club night is a fun and friendly way for existing and potential new members to meet, play Squash or Racketball, socialise and get a real feel for what the club has to offer. The evening consists of the chance to play several shortened matches with a variety of players, have a drink at the bar and get to meet new people.

There is no set ability standard, male, female and juniors are welcome. So if you're the next Jonah Barrington, never picked up a racket or you are looking to get fit, Club night is from 6pm till 8pm every Sunday evening and costs only £2 per person, we look forward to seeing you!

What you must bring - What you can bring -
  • Non-marking sport shoes - These are essential for all players as the courts get marked otherwise. For beginners they do not need to be specifically squash shoes but they must have non-marking soles. Any person without Non-marking shoes will not be aloud on any court.
  • Racket - If you are an experienced squash player make sure you bring your racket! If you are a beginner and do not yet have a racket do not worry, we will have these ready for you to borrow on the night.
  • Sportswear - For playing in, it is advised that you wear appropriate and light weight sportswear. There are Ladies and Gents changing rooms with showers for people who wish to use them.
  • Protective eye-wear - This is not essential for anybody over the age of 18 to wear however, you are welcome to bring your own or we have some to borrow if you wish.
  • £2 - for the cost of the session whether you are an existing member or not.
  •  Money - For spending in the bar afterwards!
